Where can I get software for my 9210? Software and downloads are available on this site. Check the menu on the left of this page and click on software directory or downloads. There are about 100 application in the software directory and more than 30 available for download. [Back to top] Is x available for the 9210? All software that I know about is added to the software directory regardless of whether it is in development or has been released. [Back to top] Can I use ER5 OPL programs on my Nokia 9210? No you can not. OPL programs have to be ported (slight modification necessary depending on how program was written) before they can be used on the 9210. Only software which says explicitly that it can be used will work. [Back to top] Where can I get the OPL plug-in? The OPL plug in is currently under development and is an alpha stage. Due to the liklihood of a location change I have put its download location in the links section and will update this as necessary. Please go there to find it. [Back to top] Some Software has vanished from my 9210 - how do I fix it? This is most likely to be a memory card related problem. Many applications are stored on the memory card - in fact I recommend you store all you can on it. It leaves more memory for running programs. If programs have vanished make sure the memory card is inserted and can be read. If you have replaced it (e.g. you have bought a new card), use PC Suite for Nokia 9210 Communicator to install memory card applications from the Preinstalled in Memory Card folder of the sales package CD-ROM to the new memory card. You can also find the installation packages for the other preinstalled applications in the Preinstalled in device folder of the sales package CD-ROM. Reinstall all the applications that are missing if nothing else works. If something has been installed it will tell you. If you have problems you might need to uninstall and then reinstall the program. [Back to top] How do I uninstall programs? Use the Install / Uninstall (Add / Remove) applet in the Control Panel to uninstall program. DO NOT manually delete programs. The Control Panel can be found in the Extras Group. [Back to top]
